Connect command-line agents to NeoStack AI.
CLI agents run as command-line tools. NeoStack AI can either launch them inside the editor through Agent Chat, or connect to them through their MCP/plugin setup.

General Setup
- Install the CLI.
- Run it once in a terminal and sign in.
- Open Tools > Agent Chat in Unreal.
- Select the CLI agent from the dropdown.
NeoStack AI passes the editor tool server to supported CLI agents automatically when using the in-editor chat path.
